For operators using FareHarbor, Bókun or Rezdy
Your tour pages answer almost none of the questions travellers ask
We checked 739 tour operator sites. The typical tour page carries 3 of the 11 things a traveller wants to know before booking. When someone asks an AI for a tour like yours, there is nothing on your page for it to match.
Free and checked by hand. No logins, no access to your booking system. Back within 2 business days.
Don't take our word for it
Ask an AI where to book your tour
Open ChatGPT or Perplexity and ask the way a traveller would. Not your business name. The question they would actually type.
“Where can I book a kayak tour near Falmouth for a family with kids?”
Then read the answer and look at who gets named. Most operators find Viator, GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor in the reply and no mention of themselves, on a tour they run.
One of those pages can answer the question. It isn't yours.

Why this happens to almost every operator
Your booking system holds the detail, your page doesn't
Every tour you sell already has a full record inside FareHarbor, Bókun or Rezdy: duration, departure times, inclusions, exclusions, meeting point, age limits, cancellation terms. Almost none of it makes it onto the page itself. The page gets a headline, a photo, a paragraph of description and a booking widget.
The page carries a fraction of what you know
Meeting point appeared on 19% of the tour pages we scanned, what's included on 15%, review content on 12%. Only 11% mark the tour up as a bookable product at all. Duration and a headline price usually make it. Everything else stays in the booking system.
So the OTA listing becomes the page that can answer the question, and you pay 20 to 30 percent commission on a booking your own page could have taken.
The fix
We put what your booking system knows back on your page
We read your tour pages the way a crawler does, compare that against everything your booking system holds, and build two finished blocks for every tour that needs them.
A readable content block
Duration, departure times, meeting point, what's included and excluded, group size, age suitability, languages and cancellation terms, written as ordinary page content a person would actually read. This is the part that gets quoted.
A structured data block
Schema.org markup describing the tour as a product with a price, so search engines and AI systems have something explicit to work from rather than guessing at your prose.
How it works
Tell us which tour matters most
Send us your site and your most important tour. No logins, no access to your booking account.
We ask the questions travellers ask
We run the questions your customers type into ChatGPT and Gemini, and check what each tour page gives them to work with.

Then we fix it, if you want us to

The biggest issue
None of your six tour names appear anywhere in your page text, so when AI is asked for a kayak tour in the bay it has nothing of yours to name — and falls back to your Viator page.
The best thing to fix first
Write each tour's name, duration, price and meeting point as ordinary text above the widget. It's one afternoon of work and it covers four of the six gaps above.
What this does not do
Being honest about this up front, because it matters.
It won't put you above Viator overnight
AI systems and Google weight domain authority and review volume heavily, and the OTAs have years of both. What this does is make your page able to answer the question at all. Right now it cannot.
It isn't the whole of AI visibility
Reviews, third-party mentions and the general authority of your domain all matter, and this doesn't touch them. What it fixes is the part you fully control and the part that is measurably missing.

Questions
Yes. It's how we show you the problem before asking you to pay to fix it. No obligation and no card required.
No. We don't modify, move or replace it. The blocks sit alongside it as normal page content.
If you can add a text or HTML block to a page in your website builder, you can do this yourself. If that sentence made you uneasy, take the done-for-you option.
No. We read what's already public on your pages.
Your snapshot looks at your whole site. If you want the fix, we quote per tour or for the whole site, depending on how many tours you run.
Partly. The structured data affects how Google displays you. The larger point is AI search, where answers are assembled from readable page content, and a page that doesn't mention its meeting point or what's included can't be matched to someone asking for those things.
Google Analytics reports chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai and gemini.google.com as separate referral sources. For most operators that number is currently zero. You watch it in your own account, not ours.
Update the blocks yourself, or ask us and we'll update them for you.
FareHarbor, Bókun and Rezdy are covered. Ask us about anything else before you buy and we'll check.
