Who we are
Asaiko (“we”, “our” or “us”) is run by Stéphane Gaspar in Leiria, Portugal, who is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect when you use asaiko.co, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Free snapshot requests: your website address and email, your most important tour if you add it, the booking platform when you send the form from one of our platform pages, which page you sent it from, and the campaign link you arrived from, if any.
- Priorities Calls: your name, email address, company website if you add it, the time you choose and your time zone.
- Emails you send us: whatever you include in them.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only if you accept them. See below.
Cookies and analytics
If you visit from the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland: Nothing is tracked until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you accept, three services load: Google Analytics, which records how the site is used (its cookies last up to two years); Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move, scroll and click on our pages so we can improve them, with anything typed into forms hidden (its cookies last up to a year); and the Meta Pixel, which measures our advertising (its cookies last about three months). If you decline or close the banner, none of them loads, and the site works the same either way.
From anywhere else, there is no banner and all three services load when you arrive. You can turn them off with Cookie settings below.

How we use your data
- To prepare and send the snapshot you asked for, confirm we received your request, and follow up with you about it.
- To schedule and hold the calls you book.
- To reply to your messages and, if you go ahead, deliver the work you agree to.
- With your consent only, to understand how the site is used and how our campaigns perform.
We use your details because you asked us for something (a snapshot, a call or a reply), because we have a legitimate interest in following up on that request, or, for cookies, because you consented. We don't sell your data.
Services we use
Google Workspace handles requests and calls: Gmail for email, Google Calendar and Meet for calls, and Google Sheets, where snapshot requests are logged. Netlify hosts the website. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel run only after you accept cookies (or by default outside the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland).
How long we keep it
We keep request and call details for as long as we need them to deliver and follow up on what you asked for, and no longer than two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep business records as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within a month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
